I just got the new 1080 and I am confused about the power strap. Do I strap it over the plastic or underneath. The way the boot is setup it can both ways. Which way would be the best to prevent shinbang?

to prevent shinbang: go to www.theboosterstrap.com, and buy a booster strap. Seriously!

either way is fine but I find doing it underneath the shell so the liner is tight to my shin really helps preven shin bang.

one day try it one way, the next try it the other and see which works out best

strap is meant to be put ovr plastic-
i have pro models, similiar design , put them over, just buckle tight, no shin bang-
if you like it under, go ahead, but theyre intended to go over
