You just have to send in a 90 second clip of why you're THE ski bum and you'll get to ski the Powder Highway, which is a stretch of resorts from Rossland to Golden in British Columbia - free lift tickets, 15 free heli/cat ski days.

if i just built my own house for 2000 bucks so i dont have to pay rent for the next 2 years so i dont need to work, does that make me a ski bum? even if it's pimp?

does it make me ski bum if i dont shower for 5 days in a row and haven't changed my clothes in god knows how long because I work 16 hour days so i can ski all winter?

what about my semi camperized mini van that will take me on epic road trips all winter... that has no suspension.

I think when I came to the path that would have lead to a life that could win this, I turned left and went to college. Not sure it was the best choice, but there's still time.

This dude named Adam at mt. hood would totally take this. lives out of his car with a wooden box carrying all his supplies on it all summer. then goes to montana or wherever he's going this winter and repeating. hitchikes every day, we supplied him with some dinner a couple times. pretty awesome guy, he deserves it.

my nomination for best contest in a long time.  sadly, no camera.
Personally, I prefer full spa and sauna treatment post-ski.  You know, wake up at 10, ski until noon, 2 hour lunch break, ski another hour, then go shopping.  Finally, enjoy enjoy the full amenities of a 5 star hotel in Gstaad or Aspen.  Champagne and caviar?

I hope this short piece reflects my true dirty bum lifestyle.  I am so much more core than that wannabe Eric Olson.
