Ski colleges in PA.

I have to start looking at colleges and since my parents are paying they are making me stay in Pa for at least 2 years. I know there arent many but what colleges are best for skiing in Pa. Im guessing somewhere in the Pocconos.

Kutztown U is less than 15 minutes from bear creek.  Alvernia is about a half hour to 45 minutes from bear plus it has some dope handrails they just put up at one of their new buildings.  Thats the only expertise I can offer.

east stroudsburg is about 20 mins from camelback.

30 from boulder

maybe 10 from shawnee

45 from elk?

and some others.

Yea, East Stroudsburg University is about your best bet if you want to ski.  There's also some good skateboarding in the town along with a small free skatepark less than 5 minutes from campus.  Lots of Mountain Biking within riding distance.  A couple good cliff jump/rope swing spots.

Camelback is 8.7miles away.

University of Pittsburgh, it's a great school and about an hour from Springs.

University of Scranton, Kings College, Wilkes University, Keystone college or PSU Scranton are all within an hour of Sno, Elk, Camelback, Big Boulder, Blue, Shawnee, Alpine, and Eagle Rock.

muhlenberg is about 25 minutes from bear creek, which is an awesome mountain.  It is also about 40 minutes from blue mountain, and an hour and 15 minutes i think from big boulder.  I think it is also a pretty good school.  Lehigh university is probably the same distances, maybe a bit more, to each and that is a good school as well.

for what it's worth, i went to school in philly and skied on average 4 days a week. philly's a fun city and there's always something to do, tons of stuff to skate, good mountain biking, the beach is only about an hour away for the warmer days, and skiing is only about an hour away too, with spring (yeah, yeah), bear, blue, and jfbb all less than 2 hours.
