find the midpoint of the laces. Stick the ends in at the bottom of the shoe from the outside in. now cross them and thread them from the outside in. Keep doing this, they should always cross with the same side on top, and they should go up and over the side and in from the outside.
When you get to the top, I would recommend making an X using the 4 eyelets, holes, whatever you want to call them. This time your gunna go from the inside into the closer one on top. Then the lace will be on the outside of the shoe, go into the bottom far away hole, then from the inside and up to the one thats right above then from that one over the line you've made and into the bottom far away one and just tuck the laces inside the shoe.
The X keeps your shoes as slip ons with tight laces and no knots.
THESE ARE NOT MY SHOES
This is how the bottom should be laced up (just continue this pattern)
These are the X's I was talking about, however notice how the laces don't look as nice because he went from the inside -> out
