the fact that you claim to be a boston fan and hate on tim thomas is funny. every true fan i know is in full support of timmy. everyone knows he will bounce back, he has 81 games to prove it.
you claim him to be a flopper, that flopping style is what saves half of his shots. Some are butterfly goalies, some are stand-up, some flop. Dominik hasek had one of the worst styles of all time but is still regarded as one of the best goalies, a sure hall of famer.

as far as your claims that he is the worst goalie of all time, i seem to remember he finished 10th in shutouts, 6th in wins, and 1st in goals against average and save percentage. Save % and GAA dont come from having a good team in front of you, like osgood had in detroit, its because he works his bag off and saves everything that comes his way.
you cant complain, the caps were the second best team in the east last season (not counting pitttsburgh with cindy crosby) and have the best player in the league, ovechkin, with varlamov, green, semin, backstrom, poti, knuble, morrison, laich, etc behind him.
