as i'm sure all of you know. WME has sued josh berman and level 1 productions for their use of warren miller in their latest ski flick refresh. if you go to www.level1productions.com you can read up on the impact (in terms of expenses) that this has already taken on level 1. if any of you have a few extra dollars or anything like that...you can donate to their cause and support level 1 on their site. at the bottom of the article updating the lawsuit on their site there is an option to donate. i did my part threw some money their way because i don't want such a great company suffering for their great cause.
again if anyone has some extra dough, even a measly few dollars. every cent counts. for all level 1 has done for us with their excellent films and support of this constantly morphing wonderful industry, its our turn to support them. lets do this guys and get them back on their feet!!!
