Notification when someone posts on your thread

for those of us who don't have threads that have multiple pages, i think it would be cool if you could set it so that you got a notification whenever someone comments on your thread, just like you do when you get a message. just an idea.

what's the point of getting notifications if you post a thread like "put a funny picture" and you get like 85 pages like that other guy did.

There are 50 replies to each page of a thread. You would be getting 50+ notifications, unless of course your thread is a giant FAIL, in which it will just fall into the depths of NSG to never be posted in again unless some noob bumps it for some inane reason.

We have 'My Threads' (like the guy above me noted). It lets you know when someone has posted in your thread after you've last checked it. It doesn't tell you how many, but you'll find out when you go back to your thread, won't you?
