To upload, it needs to be 500 mb...I need to make it smaller without decreasing actual video..I'm running a Mac with final cut if that helps

either change up your export settings, or learn how to use compressor.
i've tried to learn compressor and can't get audio to play, so i can't help you there

keyframe every 60

do that in quicktime pro/compressor/final cut export if you need to. If the edit is under 5 mins, stick to the high end if its over stick to the meduim end, and just buff that shit out.
