i ordered it a week and a half ago and its only suppose to take a week by shipping and i ordered before this huge law suit scandal ... I know level 1 has a lot on their plate with the WME law suit but i wanted to know if anyone has heard anything like if they stop distributing the movie temporally due to the law suit ???

It hasn't been released yet, you just pre-ordered it. It was supposed to ship around now, but this whole ordeal has obviously slowed things up.
