yep, they can be buttered pretty easily, I've had this debate before. The nose is softer than the tail so that you can stomp huge jumps, but still butter around on the mountain. They are NOT the most buttery ski out there - they're not even the most butter ski from Armada (Alphas are first, T-Hall is second, AR6 is 3rd), however they are quite easy to butter.
