Replying to I love Canon tech support!

A couple weeks ago i sent in my HV30 to canon tech support after my LCD stopped working properly. This was the third time i sent it in, the first time was after it wouldnt charge batteries, second was when a button stopped working. Im guessing these problems come from a good amount of snow getting on the camera and getting too close to big waves crashing in hawaii.

So i sent it in and a couple weeks went by, we were told they had to order a new LCD which would take a while. Couple days later they said that wasnt gonna happen.

Cut to the chase; I'm getting a brand new (not even refurbished) HV40 (upgrade!) shipped this week with a one year warrenty (I had about 2 months left on the warrenty for my hv30)

So if anyones looking into getting a camera, you should consider how awesome canons tech support is
