Firsts things first
1) if this thread goes through it might get pretty deep, and best way to possibly enjoy is to sit back enjoy a nice spliff and pay attention.
2) I am quite aware that theres a few threads on this but their old, and i recently tried to bump one and it fell through.
Second things second?
Im sure youve seen this video. Which basically leads me to the point of this thread. Joe Rogan beleives we're a complicated form of bacteria, much like mould takes over bread , we take over the world. I don't want to talk to much about DMT, recently tried it and i now look at life in a different way, but drugs? not the point of this thread, .
I myself after my experience with Dymetholtriptamine have realized that this might possibly be a dream. The waking life backs up that theory apparently, ive never watched it but apparently it had the same idea as the trip i had on DMT. / rant
I want to know NS's thought on this world our mind beleives were in.
sorry, im in class right now so i cant watch the video and get this answer. is this Joe Rogan the same Joe Rogan of Fear Factor and a commentator for the UFC?
That's some good shit right there. That's actually a really cool idea. I've been wanting to try shrooms for a while and after doing them I might or might not want to move on to heavier psychedelics. Wow though, that video is sick. Some interesting thinking going on.
idk, maybe. i read it a while ago. i just remember the part where he says his favorite thing to do at 2 in the morning is smoke trainwreck and eat eggos, but he boycotting all Kellogg's products.
Joe rogans bacteria analogy can basically be summed up by the fact that we live in a cause and effect universe. We are not causal agents of freewill, we react based on outer influence and inner necessity. Decisions are actually made in the brain miliseconds before the conscious mind feels to have made a decison. Here is the study http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/6640273
Read Einsteins, Schopenhauers, or Spinozas writings. They summed it up pretty good before we were even born.
