yes and a 39" zipper length on a 5'11" male is not thug. its a dress. kinda like the ones my mother wears.

XL, i have large and i'm a tiny bit bigger than you and it fits almost normal, pretty baggy but if you wanna look thug go XL for sure, maybe large jacket XL pants, but def not large pants
