I haven't bought new skis in a few seasons so I'm in the market for a pair. I haven't been following the new stuff that much because I had no reason to, so I'm looking for some suggestions. I live on the east coast so I ride mostly park, but a good amound of glades and groomers too... priority is park though and the graphic can't be too crazy..
In the past I've ridden 1080's w/ salomon bindings, trouble makers w/ the TM binding, and STL Pros w/ the TM binding. I liked all of them, except I seemed to have an issue with the 1080's and TM's delamming.. and the salomon brakes sucked. The STLs were a solid ski and I have no complaints w/ the TM binding. It's time for a new set up though.
Price is not really an issue because I keep my skis for 2-3 seasons and will dish out cash for quality.
I'm looking for skis with good pop, 175-183cm length, dimensions that will work for the type of skiing I'm doing, and bindings that will compliment them. (I really liked the TM binding)
Sorry about the long post... but as you guys know- it's a big investment. Thanks.
