You can get stuff for really cheap off rollerwarehouse or aggressivemall. You could get a full skate or just a boot and pick your own frames.

not really, rollerwarehouse.com has RB's for under 100 that are actually decent skates (very solid) they are just from a few years ago. also aggressivemall.com has Razor Genesys 7.1's for under $200
