Dislocated knee

i was seshing my friends rail, we had gotten snow from our local rink, and my first hit i fell forward and dislocated my left knee.... major bummer

That happends too me all the time. Ive sprained my knee so many times the ligaments are stretched out so it pops out very easily. I cant sit indian style anymore without it popping out. I can pop it back in though by straightening my leg.

it happened to me at keystone about 2 years ago. i got surgery and they cut my patella tendon to realign my knee.. i do not recommends this
