Solly Liners don't change from 28 to 28.5/etc. I don't remember if dalbello's do or not, but if they do it won't matter after two days.
And I think a 28/28.5 Dalbello is 326 BSL, same as Solly. I wish Dalbello's weren't so heavy, but I am in Solly Falcon CS Pros now anyways, which IMO are much better(smoother flex, lighter) and should fit almost anybody that fits into Il Moros/Kryptons. Falcons are a slightly tighter heel and toe box, with a slightly lower instep that works better with footbeds. 28.5 il moros w/liners = about 12lbs, falcon CS pros in 28.5= about 10, and Falcon 9s just under that. 29.5 FTs(325 BSL) are about 9lbs/pair I think, so I would call Falcons fairly light.
VideogrooveHi guys
This topic is 10 years old, but I think it is still actual in our days)
Why Dalbello sale in Europe full and half sizes of boots, but in US they sale only half sizes?
Is it just marketing for different countries and really for example 27 and 27.5 boots have absolutely the same liner inside?
Thanks!
triebbyThe shell of a half size is always the same size/length as its corresponding full size. In other words, a 26.5 shell is the same as a 26 shell. The BSL (boot sole length) increases when you go to a 27. The liner is the only thing that changes size with a half size boot. All of this is true for all ski boot companies.
