A quick word on blocking ads

I have a WD MyBook 1TB external hard drive.
My computer says it has 640 gigs of free space; however, I can't move 4.32 gigs of video onto it.
Anyone have any suggestions as to how to fix this? I restarted my computer; nothing. Anything else? Could it be because the videos are like 20 min long each, just large individual files?
