Question about jump sizing!

How do you measure how big of a jump your hitting. is it length or height or gap? thanks ++K

gap usually
a 50 foot kicker would have a 50 foot gap

usually its measured from the lip to the knoll

haha true my friends hit this tiny ass 20 ft jump and claimed it was like 50 ft hhaha. that was in 8th grade so it was a big deal haah

top of the kicker to the knuckle.  the minimum distance you can travel and still be safe.

the prkranger at my moutain told me , its from the takeoff of the jump to the 1/4 of the landing (the sweetspot)
