Replying to movie trick?

ok, well i have this video, and its a jump, with trees in the background, makes the skier hard to see. well ya know in all those movies, where they are like, make the picture clearer, and can like get a liscence plate number from a blurry movie. is there a program that can do that for my vid, or is it just magic?
