Replying to Armada Customer Service
So I had some questions about the outerwear. I wrote them an Email, asking a few questions. The guy did not Email me, he actually called me back to talk about it and explain. Wow, what service. I mean to take the time and actually call a customer and help them with sizing and explain the product in detail. He looked up and even told me what store to visit and where it was. Told me everything they had in stock. He even just BS'ed me for for a few minutes about skiing. Thats unheard of these days. I will stick with them for a long time. That really impressed me. My hats off to you Tyson Hall, you have earned a new customer for many years to come.
