Editor of Skiing magazine says "Nobody wants to harm Level 1, and--I repeat--no one is suing for cash. A legal thing about infringement."

That is not true, they ARE suing for cash!

The people involved with this are straight up LYING.  They're trying to kill Refresh and put level 1 out of business with fucking legal fees...if they weren't, they would have called and tried to work something out, rather then dropping a ridiculous lawsuit and attempting a restraining order.
