Geek squad sucks ass

dropped my comp there a month ago to get repaired.

haven't gotten it back yet, so i just called to as wtf is goin on? they tell me some nerd bs that its not in the system so they can't repair it till that model is in the system.??

its a damn dell how is it now in the system? i thought these geek squad techys were on top of their game. damn...I bet it's another month before i get an estiment from these people...

sry for the rant, just rly pissed at the GEEK SQUAD.

I would never go to geek squad...bunch of con artists. Hardly do their job and they charge you a huge ass fee. Find a local repair shop, much better than best buy bullshit.

apples genius are just as bad, dropped my computer off on the 2nd with a 5-7 day estimate. called them on the 16th wanting to know whats up, they gave me some bullshit about something. i checked the repair status two days later and it said it just was received on the 18th, so fucking genius Adam simply didnt send it out. now, on the 22nd i still dont have it. it was the video card you pop it out then pop it in how hard is that?

yea i know. i just didn't know where else to go. i don't think there are any small comp shops in my town. just circut city and that kinda crap.

u should have just asked ns how to fix it. i my self could have told u what u needed to do and so could have 1000 other people on this forum.
