Hey! When i ski 2 or more days i get a pressure-sensitive pain in the muscle right above my ankle. its not shin bang (i know it to well). the muscle is located at the outer side of my lower leg muscle. this problem is not caused by backseat landings for sure. i didn't get pain as much in my old boots (spk kaos) as in my new ones (full tilt booter). The problem is that i can switch them again because of getting hard shin bang in the spks. after skiing 2 or more days i need nearly 1 week to rehab or more. have anyone in this forum similar problems? could the problem caused by the extrem soft flex of the full tilt? or the crap liner? what do you think. Sorry for my bad english.
Could be but i don't know how to train that muscle. i trained the muscle which causing shinbang with good results. but this is a different muscle. I went to a doctor and got a Kern-Spin-Tomographie (perhaps cern spin tomography its called in english dunno) and he make the diagnosis that i have an inflammation in this muscle because of skiing to much. i know much exercises to train the calf and the shin muscle but not for this specific muscle. i go to gym 3 times a week but i do only the leg press an a mashine for the calf to train my legs. there is nothing else. do you know good exercises? the second problem is i don't know how to strech this muscel an i could't find any stretching tips at the internet
