i think its the national weather servive. there the ones who get to issue all the warnings and what not. i dont like checking snow forecast because i feel like they always under predict and make you unhappy about the forecast. the weather channel thinks its cool to make up super good forecasts to get people exited and then just change everything. wtf weather channel.
