I used to run back in junior high and that was a 2.1 mile race; the best time I could remember was a 11:26

XC PRs are meaningless unless you run them all on the same course. I guess you can post altitudes and course type....but even still college coaches don't even really consider times, they all just look at how you place.

That being said, my PR was 17:31 and I usually ran in between that and 18 flat. Mile time on a track was 4:46. These were at 7000 feet.
