Need help pricing my used skis

I'm looking to sell my last year's pair of skis to my friend, I guess I will list the specs, maybe NS could possibly name a good price, and then I will sell them to him a little lower.

07/08 Atomic Urban Punx size 175, brand new when i bought them. these ones:


they have no core shots or anything. edges are slightly rusty in spots, nothing serious, but i think i could remove the rust. topsheets are all good.

the bindings are 4frnt 412's. they were used 3 days when i bought them. they could be 06/07's. now they are still in good condition, they never broke. some paint chips.

so overall the skis/bindings are in good condish. what would be some possibly fair prices. the only thing i can really base a price on would be the fact that the skis alone are 279 new on al's ski equipment barn.
