Replying to Problems with downloading EDIAS

i searched barred it and found nothing, probably cause i didnt know what to search for. and i looked through like 3 pages and saw nothing, but i was tired so my mistake if so.

i dont know if anyone else is having problems with the EDIAS thing where you pay to watch it 10 times. i get to my profile and i click checkout and buy and it goes to a blank page or one that says error. then i checked paypal and it said i paid. like 3 times. could someone help solve this?  ++k
