if the number of the sample increases from one to two, the percent of the sample that "one" is divided by two. So when there's one person, they are 100% of the sample. When there are two people the sample doubles in size, and the original person's percentage is divided in half, because of the size double in the sample. I'm really tired, that didn't make any sense.
yeah i just like the idea of something being more than 100%. like when i was in junior high and the teacher gave bonus questions, so you'd get 115% on the test.
