when do they come available for sale? i cant find them anywhere except surface.com, and i dont even know how much they are going to run. does anyone know?

I think they actually get the bulk of their stuff beginning of october. You can order direct from Surface by contacting them or from Causwell online: http://www.causwell.com/hardgoods.php
