I am in a similar bind, I originally had a nice two week trip this summer to go ski in New Zealand. Then I found out afterwards I got accepted into a summer program at the college I want to go, and since I applied to that first my parents thought it would be best to do that and just reschedule NZ for another time. So I've decided that I am going to Montserrat (college in Beverly MA) and then just hitchhiking out west and in the end I will still get the college credits because I am going for photography, painting and video. So while I'm out bumming around, skiing, shoot some video, take some photos, paint so shit and BAM my summer to it's full capabilities of funness. FEEL FREE TO JOIN ME. It helps to have a witness when you are raped and killed while traveling across the country.
