Need some opinion's

Im about to upload a poster I am currently working on for my Graphic Design 1 class. I have to make a poster of whatever I want, so I decided to do a poster for VOlkl featuring Liam Downey. I still need to figure out how to get a .pdf or illustrator document to show inthe forum, but as soon as that's done I'll get this thing posted. I hope you guys dig it, I figured this would be the best place to ask considering we are the target market/ audience.

Umm you didnt make that. Thats an ad. I saw it in freeskier a few years ago. Maybe your tweaking it your post kinda confused me.

I used a stock photo off google for th eimage (obviously not a freeskier photographer) but was 100% made by me lol.

If you guys have seen it Iwould really appreciate a way to show me. I've used my freeskier's as referance, but have not seen a single volk ad with this photo in it. Post a copy of the add so I can see how similar they are, thatway I can change it.

Last time i checked, volkl/marker is VERY picky about what you do with their logo.  the fact that youre trying to rip off the whole ad is asking for a cease and desist letter from their lawyers.
