i'm wondering how much less control you have on hard pack and these would be all around skis.  i'm thinking like a 5/30 rocker possibly but im mainly wondering how much control you lose and if having them for three weeks of powder is worth the rest of the season on hard pack and i would be riding on little to none park.

Sounds like you want the kung fujas. It all depends on the ski. If its only got rocker than it will most likely suck on hardpack but some now have rocker and camber so they do well everywhere.

Just get huge pocker and butter everywhere, who cares if your in control or not
