FWIW, while Andrew did repost it, I made the original post... and I am not a PBP employee. That said, I have no idea what terms/timeframe/etc the MSI and PBP guys agreed to. I know its frustrating being a paying customer and not knowing exactly what you're buying. I also know what it feels like to not get timely customer service when dealing with something like a paid for live event that is timely by its nature. Neither is a good feeling, and as I've said before hopefully everyone involved will use this as a learning experience and do it better next time. (By testing the feed "live" well before the event, by testing the purchasing system thoroughly, and by having at least one or two people on staff working Customer Support in the hours leading up to and during the event).
In any case, the best thing to do now is just be patient. They'll get the re-watch-able feed up soon for you guys to watch, and when they do you'll be able to watch, enjoy, and get stoked on it all over again (or for some of you, for the first time). Perhaps as a measure of good faith they'll even up the re-watch limit from 5 times to, oh I don't know, 10 ;-)
