So I pay the triple threat online premiere ticket and get my account and password.
Now, I got the pop up with the receipt which showed that I typed the right e-mail and paid. However I didn't get any receipt by e-mail and they charged me $34 instead of $10.
I'm pissed because I can't watch the movies I'm all excited about and they robbed me of $24. I sent them an e-mail, but I've not gotten an answer yet.
Has this happened to anyone else? any tips on what I should do?
