I rode AR6s all last season and these are the popular mounts:
80% Park = Centre
50/50 = -2.5*
80% All Mountain = -5.0

*Its up to you really, but I would stick to the recommendation of -2.5 even if you ski park a lot. Unless you feel you absolutely NEED a centre mount I think 2.5 is the best since its the recommended that works best with the sidecut. Remember 2.5 cm isn't going to make earth shattering differences on rails

either -2.5 or -1.5

go -2.5 if you do more all mountain

go -1.5 if you do more park


take my word, ive done so much research on these mounting positions for ar6's

I had AR6's last season, I had them mounted center and they were SO much fun. I skied mostly park with them, but did some groomers too, but didn't really have a problem with them on the groomers.

This ski gets the most questions on mounting than ANY other ski, and to this day I can't really figure out why. This summer I've answered this question for numerous people, probably like 10-20 times in like 3 months, it is sick that this ski is getting used so much, but really its not that different from other skis, it's just personal preference.

haha i feel bad for you man.
every ar6 mounting thread i have seen you have to say mount center and why, must get damn annoying since you have to say it 16 times a day haha

I usually go through each mounting point and their pros and cons, I just wish people would look around first, I swear, I don't want to be the "searchbar" asshole, but with this ski, you pretty much don't even have to search, just look on the front page and their probably will be a tread on it. This time, I'm just say were I mounted mine (cause that's what he asked).

I have them at -2.5 but i wish i center mounted them because imo they are much more playful that way. Also better for rails. DONT MAKE MY MISTAKE.
