Just got a new mac need help +karma

so my parents just bought me a new imac for my 18th birthday and im wondering if this is good enough to edit canon xh a1 HD quality video.

it includes

2.66GHz intel core 2 duo processor, 6mb shared l2 cache

2gb of 1066MHz DDr3 SDRAM

320GB serial ATA hard drive

NVIDIA Geforce 9400M graphics processor with 256MB

No man you need a Mac Pro to edit any HD footy, especially canons banger axh1 footy....




But really, seriously? Youre fucking fine, my 3 year old MBP edits DVCPROHD which is 3 time the size of HDV and a much more complicated codec, im sure you'll be ok.
