CoreUPT Care: Can Someone Translate It?

I've tried several times to convert the website into English, but the majority of it remains in French, can someone who knows their stuff on computers translate it, or someone who speaks Frecnh give a basic gist of what CoreUPT Care actually is? Including what the Classic and Premium Options actually are?

it's basically their garantee, if you take coreupt care classic it's 1 euro and you get to change your skis for new ones for half price during 1 year. The premium one is 99 euro and you get to change your skis for free for 1 year after you bought yours, for whatever reason (woah that's pretty legit).
