1300 dollar ski boots

personally i think like they will be to soft both in their forward and lateral flex, but i guess they do look kinda comfy.

I would never use those.  they would not be comfortable to ski in.  I feel like you would have no feeling of control.  I hate how soft snowboard boots are anyway.  That is half the reason I broke my arm the first time I tried to snowboard was because when you lean forward the boot just falls to the ground.  I would take control over comfort.  A little wimpy strap isn't going to give too much stiffness.  I will stick to good old normal ski boots thank you.  Would be interesting to try them though.

i bet they would be terrible, and you know some rich gaper will buy them go to the top of Vail or whistler, then would want to take a picture of his family so he would unstrap the shell portion of the boot and step off the ski, which would then careen down the run because the breaks would be in the disengaged position...... lol idk if that would ever hapen but it would be funny as hell to see happen

i just dont get it, i hear so many people complain about their boots, i could seriously wear them all day all week.  i have been in them for 12 hours straight and mine feel great.  if you buy boots that actually fit your foot right instead of just deciding oh i want full tilts or oh i want spks cuz schiller has them then they will suck for you.  just get what fits, i dont see why these boots are necessary, what a silly "inventor"

i dunno, snowboard boots do seem super comfy and keep your feet warmer.  i have full tilts and i love em, but i could certainly imagine something more comfortable. 

i think if they built the appropriate carbon frame and some burly ass buckles, and probably a carbon plate in the tongue, the boot could have potentially decent performance.  i just don't see how the frame they are actually building could ever accomplish much.

Personally I think thats awesome.  Ski boots suck.  I've never had the money to pay full price for them though, so I can't get them fitted.

I wouldn't buy those boots until they came down to regular boot price though.

^ I think they have a similar concept to the xsjado skates, at least that's what it looks like. I saw these in ski magazine too, it's an interesting concept that needs some evolution.

yeah, me too man, my right is a half size bigger too.  but i just tried on boots that fit for my left and didnt have pressure points and then got the right punched out.  i dont know i mean sometimes no boot fits right but with some adjustments they can be good.  i just think the amount of performance loss with a boot like that is not worth it.  my feet get cold and sometimes numb since i crank my boots down so hard but if i just unbuckle them on the lift im golden.  whatever, no one is going to buy these anyway so its kindof a null point
