what the efffff is a Pretzel.  i hear people tlaking about them all the time but i just have no idea on what they are.  i know its a n00b question but please just let me know so i dont sound like a dumbass asking someone elsein person what one is.

spin on one way, spin off the other way. Left 270 on to a rail, right 270 off of a rail. Or just spin the opposite off of the last direction you spun.  If that made any sense.
