A quick word on blocking ads

So I just put up a video on youtube, and it had a song on it, and it was immediately recognized as copyright and wouldnt let it be viewed.
soooo, how do you get it so that when you watch a video, a bar in the bottom just pops up to say what song it is and then lets the song play with no copyright issues?
