Printer HAAAAALLP!

i have a macbook and a HP printer but i can not figure out how to print in black and white or grayscale. there is no apparent option to switch but i need to print almost 30 pages and i dont want to waste color! can anyone help me? THANKS

what program? and that is unusual. i trust that you looked all over for the option of grayscale but check again. it might just be hidden.
