Sup guys,
I have been skiing forever, but just started really getting into park this year. Just wanted to know a couple of things that would really help me progress. First off... is there any key to popping off a lip when hitting it switch or do i just do the same thing as normal. Also, what should my eyes be doing when i am about to hit a rail, landing on the rail, and then getting ready to pop off.... ALSO! Lol... I have a like 3 ft big fat round pipe rail, and a 4 ft flat 3 in wide ride on, and a 15 ft, 3 in wide ride on that lifts up to about 2 ft off the ground, im gonna hike one on friday just curious which one i should do.... you guys don't have to answer, but if you could help me out i would really appreciate it.
'O shit!...THAT WAS THE STEEZE! You totally broke your face on that rail.'

Start with the lowest, smallest one, then work your way up when you fell more comfortable. When appraoching a rial be looking at the rail to make sure you are centered, when you are jumpin on look at where you are ognna land and onc eyou are on the rial look at the end of it! that will help you balance, ALOT. Comming off just spot your landing.

just do it....i also skied forever before i started doing park, and the fact that you are already comfortable on skis will help immensely.....just get on the rail a couple times and you'll figure it out

sweet... i've been doing it both ways, and can't seem to find one that i want to focus on... should i do it like my stance on a skateboard? Left forward... or just throw it down with both?

I would probably do it the skateboarding way, because you are probably slightly more comfortable with it, try to progress with that. However, don't neglect the other way, just have it a little behind your regular way. Personally, I think that it might take to long to progress doing it both ways and you might get discouraged.

yeah, concentrate on the end of the rail while sliding, and lean forward, 99% of people fall backward their first time
taking off switch, you just have to be comfortable going switch and stay calm coming into the tranny, you'll be fine
