hey guys so i'm trying to come up with new ideas for stuff to do with my girlfriend. She likes going on hikes and walks and stuff so although I've lived here in Boulder for 4 years now I really don't know too much about that sort of thing location wise.

Can you natives help me out? I know of Rocky Mtn. Natl. Park, I did Long's Peak last month, but other stuff that's not quite that intense. Even mountain towns that have a cool main street like Breckenridge does.

All ideas are welcome, thanks everybody

Green Mountain Reservoir up near Kremmeling is sick for sure, you can cliff jump too. The St Mary's Glacier is a fun and simple hike and a great place to camp out at the base of the lake even if ur not there to ski it. Its only 20 min from I-70.

By the way Sagle been trying to contact u on here for sometime, whats up man? Its Josh from Mt Creek days.

Indian Peaks near Frasier.  They have some nice hikes in there.  It's right on Lake Granby and there's some good camping too.  Frasier also has a supper cute in called the Wild Horse if you feel like treating her.

The Indian Peaks from the West side are all pretty gnarly looking and you can take some easy hikes to their bases.

The entire Gore Range in Summit is littered with AMAZING hiking!  I recommend picking up The Summit Hiker, it's a good book for figuring out which ones are good for her.

mt. salinas trail right there in boulder. it's a healthy uphill cruise and when you get to the top the view is pretty unbeatable.

right close to bouuuuda is shataquah (sp?) but there is some great ways to occupy yourself there...also, i dont know if your into it, but there is some super climbing in eldorado canyon and some fun bouldering spots just even on the flat irons. trust me, you can't get bored! :)
