C-burg... $360 pass....yeaah uhh?

Yeah so Cannonsburg wants $360 for a pass this year?

Anyone else going to dump that much money on a Cannonsburg pass? I am hesitant to pay $360 just to ski down 2 hills and use their park.

A bronze Boyne Mountain pass is only $269, and a Crystal is only $249.......

Yeahhhh wtf?

Cannonsburg is just raping people who don't want to drive 2 hours north.

agreed! i just buy one 8 punch at a time, and walk in when possible. i dont like stealing business, but theyre stealing money so its even.

Yuo had to buy by like March 31st or May31st. Some time early in the season....Cheapest I saw the pass go for was $290

I thought well...we've had a tough year here in West Michigan with jobs....the passes aren't going up....yup they do.

Crystal has the $250 pass though and I am going to be skiing their this winter.

You can buy punch card deals to go to Cannonsburg though also? How much they cost / how many days?

I know last year in the mornings I could go there for 4 hours and pay $10. The hills were empty during midweek.

yeah you can get punch cards. its like $115 or something for an 8 punch, and $90 for a 6 punch. you're only suppost to buy one per winter, but you can just use a fake name for the second or even third one.

MI is outragious this year.   Im helping my friend whose new to snowboarding find a pass.   At two places south of grand rapids, Timber ridge and bittersweet.   The passes are only 240 for a single and gradually go down by 20 dollars per person after that.   Bittersweet is 350 for a single season.    THis is crazy, times are hard for everyone, why are they punishing the die hards first.

Its cheaper to buy a season pass to shanty creek, there only 250 up there.   And there hill isnt a oversized dump.

Timber Ridge is meh. I didn't check out their terrain park though.

I am getting a $250 pass to Crystal. 2 hour 5 minute drive from my house. Cannonsburg is $360 and 1 hour away.

Crystal ya got a decent ski area with a half pipe and stuff.  Shanty Creek is tight, and they had passes for $17.99 on liftopia last year. But I would ask for a little more in the park department from Shanty Creek.

In my opinion its better to vote with my dollars and just not go to Cannonsburg.

To be fair, Crystal Mountain is kinda gaper mountain and they have some pretty wicked lines too. Shanty Creek I hardly ever wait more than 5 minutes for a chair.

If anyone wants to pitch in for gas to go to Crystal this year thats where I'll be.

i assume its the same as its always been, but 4 hour passes at cburg are 10 bucks with school ID and its basically good for as long as you want because nobody checks the time on passes

I usually do the 4 hour $10 pass myself. Plus its dead there during the week days before work.

But if I go more than 29 times I will be to the point where I should have bought a season pass (considering I could have...bought a pass for $290 earlier this year).
