Armada sizing halp!

im planning to buy the armada inverse jacket but im having a hard time deciding whether to get L or XL

i look at the evogear sizing chart but i found that rather confusing...

....i tried googling the different parts but none really gave me a good idea of how tall the jacket is, im thinking i go by sleeve length because thats prob almost the same length as the jacket.
