As you may have seen from my other thread...I got laid off last month. Sigh.
I am putting my baby up for sale.
This is an early 2008 model, bought just about one year ago.
It has the 2.4GHZ Intel Core2 Duo chip, with the Penryn motherboard/chipset. This model features the multi-touch trackpad, and other features that have been omitted from newer models, such as the extremely useful ExpressCard34 slot and DVI port (if you want to use the external ports on the new models, you'll have to buy a $30 adapter for each hookup, whereas this model can use DVI or VGA for no extra cost). It has 2GB of RAM, a 200GB hard drive, and the NVIDIA 8600M GT GPU, with 256MB of on-board memory.
Always kept in a non-smoking house...most of it's life has been spent at my desk, and when it has traveled, it was always carried in a padded case. It comes with everything just like it was new, even the original box and anti-static bag that it shipped with.
I'll wipe the drive and re-install Leopard for the new owner, and install plenty of software if you like (PM me for details on that)
Was $2000 new, looking for $1300+shipping.
