Armada, Salomon, Line etc.

Hey I'm looking into buying a new pair of skis before the season starts and I am having a really hard time deciding.  I really like the Armada AR6 but it seems like the Afterbang and Dumonts are good too.  I am an intermediate freestyle skier, 5'8" and 140 lbs.  I want a ski that is light and good for both rails, boxes, and jumps and also less than $400.  Can someone please help me out?  Your help is appreciated.

ar6s. dumonts suck. afterbangs have new technology wouldnt get them.. ar6s are the way to go

ya ar6 or anthem. im gonna ride anthems. last years anthems have better graphics

I wouldn't get Dumonts as there are so many bad reviews...
...AR6s are solid park skis that are strong and tend to have a long life but are fairly standard park skis at the end of the day
...Afterbangs are a little more poppy, look a little rough, but everyone I have spoke to that own a pair really like them and haven't fallen apart

I would go for Armada out of the three, solid company and skis.

I had the same problem as you earlier but i went with line anthems. i got last years just cause they were purple and the new ones have snowboards on them... i think you should get lines, either afterbands or anthems. just my opinion

What everyone is saying about the dumont is not true. Its a very good ski its just really stiff for big jumps. Its not an intermediate ski so do not get it. I would get the ar6 its still decently stiff to take on jumps but is still playful and poopy and light like you want. it kills everywhere, even outside the park, so i think it would be good for you!

the suspects were said to be awesome but they sucked so dont get the afterbang for the hype get the ar6

yeah dumonts are dope i have a pair and i love them. they are stiff at first but depending on how you ski they loosen up.

well im 5 foot 5 and i got the ar6 in a 166..the ski is about an inch taller than me or a little less. so i would say if you like a short ski, go 166, and if you like a longer ski go 171. just personal preference
