I just landed a job as mountain manager at Christmas Mt. near Wis. Dells WI.
I have been building parks for the last 11 years at another resort. I hope to strengthen the park program at my new resort. Currently they have one tp that has been downsized from what I understand due to some injuries that came out of it. This is a major misconception within this industry....that the bigger the feature the more or more serious the injury. In my opinion and experience it is the craftsmanship of features and the level progression in multiple parks or features that ultimately leads to safer or more hazordous parks.
This was about to become a book so i'll stop there and hopefully some others will elaborate.
