Can you take the lense out of EG2's? And can you die them? +KK

I was wondering if you could, If you cant Ill probably just end up buying another pair of crowbars. Im thinking about buying a pair but If you can Ill just get some more crowbars.  +K for helpfull answers

you can definitly take the lense out of eg2's, and i hope you were talking about dying the frame and not the lens

haha of course I meant the frame, sorry If it sounded like i was talking about the lense.  thats foolish.  Does any one know if you can dye the frame?

Yea ive seen people dye crowbar lenses before so i dont see a problem. just make sure that you use the proper material to dye it, last thing you want is a sick pair of EG2s to get messed up.

goggles are plastic and plastic will be able to be dyed. just start out with a light colored frame.

The only problem i could see is the foam getting messed up, but why not just buy the color you want.

The reason I wanted to dye them is because they dont have ay of the colors I like

You can take the lenses out. Just make sure you start on the top just above the nose and work your way down to the nose. Also avoid rubbing or pressing too hard on the inside of the lense, you can remove or wear away the anti fog coating and no aftermarket product is as good.

The foam will be died too if it is light colored, but it shouldn't ruin the quality of the foam.

You can die just about anything that is plastic, just buy white! Baby blue will not turn orange. It will turn puce.

I remember some guy once asked if he could die black frames to a lighter color. So sad.

What? I'm sure that's not what you meant to say.

And you can't dye a black frame white than dye it another color. You would need to somehow bleach the black frame white, and I don't even know if that's possible. Dye will never go over a darker color and look nice. It's the same reason you would mess up your yellow crayon with your black crayon when you were little, and were never able to fix it.
